THE APARTMENT

We are pleased to offer this three-room apartment of 95.6 m² on the 9th floor of the complex.

The mechanical ventilation system is connected to a Heat Recovery Unit (HRU), which regulates the indoor climate.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Rotsvast will determine the order of applicants based on incoming emails. Due to the expected high volume of interest, not all applicants can be invited. Your email must include the following information at a minimum:

  • Full name(s) of tenant(s)
  • Description of household composition
  • Gross annual income of tenant(s)

Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be processed.

Invitations are extended in order of received emails, and for the viewing round, the rule is: full = full.

After the viewing, a screening will be conducted to assess income and reliability through various (public) registers. Tenants must successfully complete the screening and receive a 5-star rating — the highest possible — in our screening tool (Properize). The final decision to rent the property lies entirely with the owner. If multiple candidates pass the screening, the choice will be based on income, screening results, and the tenant's personal situation. You will have the opportunity to explain your personal situation during the screening.

Candidates who are not selected after the screening are entitled to further explanation and can of course view their screening report.

If a screening is successfully completed, Rotsvast will immediately present the file to the owner. If a file has already been accepted, subsequently completed files will no longer be considered.
