Responses that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

Invitations will be sent in the order of incoming emails, and for a viewing round, it's first come, first served.

After the viewing, income and reliability will be screened through various (public) registers. The tenant must successfully complete this screening with a 5-star rating, the highest score in our screening tool (Properize). The decision to rent the property to candidates lies entirely with the property owner. If multiple candidates successfully pass the screening, the choice will be based on income, screening results, and the tenant's personal situation. Tenants have the opportunity to explain their personal situation during the screening.

Candidates who are not allocated the property after screening have the right to further explanation, and of course, they can view the screening report.
