The tenant must complete and successfully pass this screening, achieving a 5-star rating, the best score in our screening tool (Properize). The decision to rent the property to candidates is entirely at the discretion of the owner. If multiple candidates successfully pass the screening, the choice is based on income, screening, and the tenant's personal situation. As a tenant, you have the opportunity to explain your personal situation during the screening.

Candidates who do not get the property after screening have the right to further explanation, and of course, they can view the screening report.
