Project: T63 student housing
T63 is a student housing project in Breda which was completed at the end of 2017. This complex has 219 unfurnished studios which are rented and managed by Rotsvast Breda from now on.
Project: Constant (Sculptures)
Constant is an unbroken residential tower with 84 rental apartments and parking spaces. The apartments are deregulated and all have individual outdoor space, storage and parking.

In 2010 I emigrated to Thailand. Rented out my house through Rotsvast .very successful. Been back a few times and house looked top notch every time. Then my tenant began to insist on putting Rotsvast out of business and transferring rent directly to me. After hesitation I agreed because everything was fine. However after putting Rotsvast out of business the tenant made a mess of my house. Terminated the lease and left a completely run down house. Terribly regret my decision. My advice to everyone. If you are unable to control yourself. Make use of Rotsvast. Costs a little, prevents a lot of trouble
