The decision to rent the property to candidates is entirely up to the property owner. If multiple candidates successfully pass the screening, the choice is based on income, screening, and the tenant's personal situation. Tenants have the opportunity to explain their personal situation during the screening.
Candidates who do not get assigned the property after screening have the right to further explanation, and of course, they can view the screening report.
