Through the front door, you enter the central hall with access to the toilet, meter cupboard, staircase to the first floor, and the living room. The hall offers more than enough space for a wardrobe.

Upon entering the living room, the space and light immediately catch your attention. The living room is very spacious with ample possibilities for creating a seating area, dining area, and possibly even a play area for children. The large French doors to the backyard provide plenty of natural light.

The modern kitchen at the front of the property is fully equipped, including a 6-burner gas hob, stainless steel extractor hood, oven, combination oven/microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and plenty of cupboard space. The decision to rent the property to candidates is entirely up to the property owner. If multiple candidates successfully pass the screening, the choice is based on income, screening, and the tenant's personal situation. Tenants have the opportunity to explain their personal situation during the screening.

Candidates who do not get assigned the property after screening have the right to further explanation, and of course, they can view the screening report.
