When you considering in letting your property feel free to contact us to make an appointment for an optional advise. Rotsvast Gooi has an office in Hilversum.
We’re willing to come to your house for a personal meeting and to discuss the options for letting. We will advise about the rental price and when necessary changes in and around your property to progress an efficient rent of your property. During this appointment we will make digital photos of your property which we can use for a presentation on several websites.

What are the costs?

As a landlord you will pay us an amount of 7% from the rental price bases on one year rent included any service costs, excluded additional costs, raised with 21% VAT.
