About this project
T63 is a student housing project in Breda which was completed at the end of 2017. This complex has 219 unfurnished studios which from now on will be rented out and managed by Rotsvast. The colorful building of T63 is a striking trendsetter on the Breda Tramsingel. In addition, the complex is very centrally located. The city center, the entertainment center, stores and the Central Station Breda are all within short cycling distance.
T63 is an inspiring and cleverly thought-out housing concept with flexible layouts and amenities that fit the needs of today's student. There are 3 different types of apartments. These have a surface area ranging from about 15 m² to 35 m². All apartments also have their own kitchen. Living, studying, relaxing and sociability are brought together under 1 roof.
