About this project
The Govert & The Aelbert are two special complexes located together in the heart of the Amsterdam Pijp area. A total of 21 luxury design rental apartments are being rented and managed by Rotsvast from now on. The special feature of these apartments is that they are completely furnished and styled by Piet Boon. In addition, both complexes have an elevator and are fully equipped.
The 21 luxury apartments have living areas ranging from 42 m² to about 125 m². The apartments are fully furnished and unfurnished. In addition, they are equipped with an inventory making them immediately habitable. The luxury kitchen is equipped with a stove, stove hood, fridge-freezer, vasewasher and combi-oven as well as all the crockery. The apartments meet the most modern requirements in terms of sustainability, sound insulation and safety. Together with the refined architecture and the beautiful entrances, a whole that fits seamlessly into the historic environment.
