foreseen stay, furnished or not furnished, type of securities (private lease, company lease etc.) and is excl. 350 Euro service costs. Minimum length of rental contract is 12 months. The landlords speak English and Dutch, are easily reachable and are expats themselves. All windows are double glazed, the walls are insulated, and the apartment has central and floor heating. Utilities (gas, electricity, water) are estimated to be 200 euros per month
