Rotsvast Eindhoven office is number 4 on the Pararius Top 75 Rental Agents of the Netherlands. There are a total of 5 Rotsvast offices in the Top 75. As a Cooperative, we are in 2nd place of national chains. We are very proud of that! Next year we exist 30 years; Rotsvast started in 1989 from Rotterdam.
More than 70,000 private rental properties are offered annually through Pararius' online platform, with over 1,500 affiliated rental brokers. This amounts to about 70% of the total number of rental properties offered online. With that, the Top 50 and the Top 10 chains offer a good insight into the size of the supply in the portfolio of various offices over the period July 1, 2017 to July 1, 2018.
