Tilburg March 15, 2018 - A private investor has purchased a leased industrial building at Zevenheuvelenweg 9 in Tilburg from a real estate C.V.. The commercial building with a total lettable floor area of over 9,200 m² will be leased for another 10 years by Weener Plastic Packaging Group.

Buyer was accompanied by Rostvast Breda and seller was advised in this transaction by INDUSTRIAL real estate partners.
