Contract form:
A contract is offered for an indefinite period with a minimum duration of 12 months.
Availability:
The house is available from May 1, 2024.
Rental price:
The rental price of the house is € 1150, excluding water, electricity, internet, TV and municipal taxes. The service costs are €35 per month.
Rental criteria:
For this project we use that a candidate must have a gross (joint) monthly income of at least 4x the basic monthly rent. Own capital is permitted to be used if this condition cannot be met.
