Invitations are based on the order of incoming emails, and for a viewing round, it applies: first come, first served.

After the viewing, screening is done on income and reliability in various (public) registers. The tenant must complete and pass this screening fully and successfully with a 5-star rating, the best score in our screening tool (Properize). The decision to rent the property to candidates is entirely up to the owner. If multiple candidates successfully pass the screening, the choice is based on income, screening, and the tenant's personal situation. As a tenant, you have the opportunity to explain your personal situation during the screening.

Candidates who do not get assigned the property after screening have the right to further explanation, and they can, of course, view the screening report.
