Invitation is based on the order of incoming emails, and for a viewing round, it applies: first come, first served.

After the viewing, screening is done based on income and reliability in various (public) registers. The tenant must complete and successfully pass this screening with a 5-star rating, the best score in our screening tool (Properize). The decision to rent the property to candidates is entirely up to the owner. If multiple candidates successfully pass the screening, the choice is based on income, screening, and the tenant's personal situation. As a tenant, you have the opportunity to explain your personal situation during the screening.

Candidates who do not get the property assigned after screening have the right to further explanation, and of course, they can view the screening report.

NOTE: Rotsvast represents the interests of the owner, who has an interest in renting by the available date. In the event of a fully completed screening, Rotsvast will immediately propose a dossier to the owner. If a dossier has already been accepted, dossiers that come in fully after this will no longer be considered in the process.
