Short-stay rentals in The Hague

Specially for expats, Rotsvast Den Haag has selected a number of houses to rent starting from 1 month that are all turn-key ready/ready to move in and whereby the tenant or the company only needs to receive the key at move-in and return the key at the end of the rental period. House cleaning, maintenance, electricity and gas, TV, an internet connection and furniture are all included.

Instead of putting up your employees in an expensive hotel, two employees can now for example rent out a short-stay rental property, equipped with all the comforts of home.

Rent prices for short-stay rentals in The Hague

The rent price for a short-stay property is generally higher than for longer rental periods. The advantage is that any potential problems that arise between the tenant(s) or/and landlord will be addressed immediately by Rotsvast.

The rent will however in any case be significantly lower than the price for a hotel room. The tenant will have more room and privacy, and the company will save on costs.
  
For a stay of 1 month, the tenant(s) will be charged an agency fee by Rotsvast Den Haag in the amount of one-quarter (1/4) of one-month’s rent (exc. BTW (VAT)).

For a stay of 2 months, it will be 1/3 of the monthly rent (excl. BTW (VAT)); for a 3-months’ stay, it will be ½-month’s rent (excl. BTW (VAT)).
